MATT'S PROPERTY TAX FIB
Matt McLaughlin says he's fighting for low property taxes. Really? Why did he propose raising property taxes 400%? McLaughlin is no champion for taxpayers - he wants your wallet and ATM card to pay for his spending spree.

WANTS TO JOIN THE TAX & SPEND GANG
Matt desperately wants to join the Senate Democrats who proposed $1.75 billion in new spending. The same Democrats that won't say how they will pay for it BUT have proposed a new income tax, homeowner's tax, more business taxes and taxes on retirees. There's no end to their tax and spend agenda and Matt can't wait to join.

DEMOCRATS OPPOSE GIVING VOTERS A SAY
State education funding has increased every year for ten years and will continue to increase by 31% over ten years. Meanwhile school administrative costs have increased while student academic levels have remained flat. And now leading Democrats are proposing a 3% income tax and a new state homeowner tax on top of local property taxes that could cost the owner of a median home $1,800-$2,000 a year more!
Republicans want to give voters a say on local spending which is why there will be a question on establishing a tax cap on the November ballot. Democrats opposed this and Matt is right there with them.
